Below is a list of our community policies. If you violate any of these policies, your account stands a chance of being banned from the swipe deck feature. Please report on any suspicious accounts using our app.
Photo Guidelines:
1. No kids on their own. They must be in the photo with an adult, and fully clothed.
2. No photos in bikinis/swimwear indoors.
3. No pictures in underwear.
4. No Shirtless/underwear Mirror Selfies.
5. The face must be clearly visible in all photos.
6. No watermarks or text overlaid.
7. No pornographic material.
8. No graphic hunting photos.
9. No guns.
10. No soliciting, this includes coupon codes & sales links.
The Playlyst App IS NOT FOR:
Nudity/Sexual Content
No nudity, no sexually explicit content, no inappropriate or unwanted images. Your bio should be informative and not contain any sexual words or references. THIS IS NOT A DATING APP.
Harassment
Do not use the Playlyst app to harass or verbally abuse users. Any reports of bullying, threats, or intimidation are a serious violation and will result in consequences.
Hate Speech
Any content that promotes, advocates for, or condones racism, bigotry, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on factors like (but not limited to) race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, disability, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity is not allowed.
Spam or Catfishing
Catfishing is not allowed, if our team finds fake profiles or accounts they will be deleted immediately and you will not be allowed to use any aspect of our app.
Promotion or Solicitation
Soliciting other users is prohibited. If the purpose of your profile is to advertise your event or business, non-profit, political campaign, contest, or to conduct research, we may delete your account.
Copyright and Trademark Infringement
Content creation is important to us if you are posting someone else podcast or using imagery that you weren't allowed to use this will count as a copyright infringement. Please do not display other's work unless you are allowed to by the rights owner.
Illegal Usage
Do not use Playlyst as a platform to engage in illegal activities.
One Account
You are only allowed one account for your profile. Please do not create multiple accounts for the same person or podcast.
Third-Party Apps
Any third-party apps that offer special features are not allowed. Any company or persons claiming to act on behalf of Playlyst that weren't permitted to will have serious legal consequences.
We use a combination of automated systems and a team of moderators to monitor and review accounts and messages for content that indicates breaches of these Guidelines. If you don’t follow these guidelines, you’ll receive a warning which will then lead to your account being banned.
